THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

The programme is clear. What about the people?

Panels and talks have an agenda. Introductions often don’t. When attendees know who they want to meet and why, time between sessions can have a clear purpose.

For the organiser

Give networking a clear direction.

The problem
You make time for networking, but attendees often rely on chance encounters. A list of names doesn’t reveal who needs a customer, partner or supplier.
How we solve it
Ninja Networking brings profiles, companies and opportunities into one digital space for your event. Attendees see who they could meet and start a conversation with a specific purpose.
What you get
You get a networking space for your event: somewhere to direct attendees before meeting in person, during the event and for follow-up within the agreed pilot period.

For the attendee

Know who to approach and why.

The problem
You attend with a business goal, but don’t know who in the room could help. Introductions without context take time, and you might miss a relevant person.
How we solve it
Create a profile and explain what you need or offer. Explore people and companies attending the same event, find a relevant reason to connect and send an enquiry.
What you get
You get profiles with context, specific opportunities and a way to arrange a meeting. You arrive with a clearer idea of who you want to meet and what to discuss.

WHAT YOUR EVENT GETS

One place for your people, companies and meetings.

01

A space for your specific event

Attendees explore people and opportunities from your event in one shared context.

02

Profiles that explain who is who

Role, organisation, interests and event goals give people a reason to connect.

03

Seeking / offering marketplace

Attendees and companies share a business need, service or partnership opportunity.

04

A path from interest to meeting

Search → relevant profile or offer → conversation → an arrangement to meet in person.

For exampleAt your exhibition, a manufacturer needs a distributor. A distributor finds the offer, explores the company and sends an enquiry. They arrange to meet at the stand. The organiser provides the space for discovery; attendees find a specific reason to meet.

This illustrates the pilot concept. Specific features and scope are agreed in your individual proposal.

VALUE FOR EVERY SIDE

An organised event. Meaningful introductions.

A founder needs a partner for a new market. Before the conference, they discover someone with relevant experience, send an enquiry and suggest meeting during a break. After the event, they continue the conversation.

For the organiser

A shared networking space to direct your guests to. Profiles and opportunities give introductions a clear purpose before people meet in person.

For attendees

See who is attending, what they need and what they offer. Choose a relevant person and start a conversation before arriving at the venue.

For exhibitors

Present products and business offers to the exhibition audience. Visitors can find the company and send an enquiry before visiting the stand.
